Apparently peeved with the EC for failing to thwart violence, rigging and booth capturing by Trinamool Congress workers during the third phase of polls held yesterday in nine districts of West Bengal, CPI(M) on Thursday demanded repoll in 1,317 out of a total of 17,323 booths.
